Lecture: ‘Learning Ecologies’ at the Experimental Ecology exhibition, Kunstmuseum St. Gallen I 2nd of May, 2024

Lucia Pietroiusti and Fabian Takacs will give a lecture as part of the 'Learning Ecologies' Lecture Series within the Experimental Ecology exhibition at Kunstmuseum St. Gallen. This series is in co-operation with the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Lucia Pietroiusti
Head of Ecologies, Serpentine Gallery, London

Lucia Pietroiusti is Head of Ecologies at the Serpentine in London. As a curator, programmer and organizational strategist, she works at the intersection of art, ecology and systems, often outside the exhibition space.

Fabian Takacs
Post-Doc Researcher and Project Manager at the Circular Lab, Institute of Business Administration (IfB-HSG)

As part of his research, he focuses on the concept of sustainable transformation, circular economy and business model innovation. Fabian Takacs heads the interdisciplinary and practice-orientated Circular Lab, a platform for the development of circular and sustainable solutions in the Lake Constance region.

Ecology plays an important role as a field of action at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). The University has invited experts to engage in dialogue with external guests from the cultural sector.

'Experimental Ecology' is curated by Martina Huber, Founder, WE ARE AIA, Zurich, and Gianni Jetzer, Director Kunstmuseum St. Gallen.
