Drawing on ancestral knowledge of medicinal plants, folk healing rituals, and techniques from somatic practices and bodywork, this session invites participants into a multisensory ritual of attunement and care. Together we will practice deep listening, to our own bodies and to our human and more-than-human companions, cultivating simple, reciprocal ways of offering and receiving nurturance.
