Botanical Memories: On Healing And Care is a research and exhibition project that engages with local medicinal plants as carriers of healing knowledge, care and memory. Through artistic and scientific perspectives, it traces how plant based knowledge has been transmitted, interrupted and transformed over time. The project opens up the question of who defines plants and how knowledge is formed, inviting visitors to explore new relationships between humans and the more than human world through installations, performances and workshops.
